Together with Mia, our deeply empathetic and incredibly experienced yoga, breathwork, and resilience trainer, you’ll dive into stress management, mindfulness, self-efficacy, and nervous-system regulation.
Mia guides you through powerful yet gentle yoga sessions, meditations, workshops, and moments designed to help you feel more grounded, calm, and resilient – not just during the retreat but long after. She gives you practical tools that will support you in your daily life, even when things get hectic.
And because healing doesn’t happen only in the mind but throughout the entire body, we pair the program with everything that makes Kelani so special:
Yoga beneath palm trees, movement sessions, a loving community, our socially impactful cooking class, a magical candlelight yoga evening, a trip to the tea plantations, a visit to historic Galle Fort, sundowner sessions, and the tropical ease of Sri Lanka that softens you while strengthening you at the same time.
This week is for people who give a lot and rarely press “pause.” For people who are always functioning, who feel they need more rest, more boundaries, more softness, and more inner strength.
For everyone who wants to finally come back home to themselves.
