Bringing our signature Flow Retreat vibes from Fuerteventura to Sri Lanka
After three unforgettable Flow Retreats in Fuerteventura, Anke & Daniel bring their signature vibe to a place that feels evenly magical: Kelani Retreat in Sri Lanka.
Kelani is a special project Daniel created together with his friend Kevin—a heartfelt space & retreat center that forms the perfect foundation for our Flow Week.
For Anke, it's a homecoming—she has continually returned to the island since her social service year 18 years ago, giving her a deep knowledge of its culture and best-kept secrets, which both hosts are excited to share with you.

Our Philosophy: Balance, Flow & Community
The ideal balance: You will find depth and inner flow while simultaneously exploring the beautiful island during numerous group excursions. You will also have ample Me-Time to relax on the beach with a fresh coconut in your hand.
✓ Check in deeply with yourself through Yoga, Meditation & Mindfulness with Anke
✓ Find joy in movement and new flows through Daniel’s powerful and playful Movement Sessions
✓ Knowledge & connection: In our workshops you'll learn techniques and be able to share your insights
✓ Feel the lightness of the island & the group: shared dinners, meaningful conversations and nourishing group circles

Focus of the Week:
Let go, breathe, unwind.
You focus on your flow — we take care of everything else.
We can't wait to meet you.

What makes Anke special is not only her skill — it’s her presence.
She sees people. She feels them. And she creates a space where everyone feels safe, welcome, and inspired.
In her classes and sessions, you’ll experience a unique mix of grounding softness and uplifting fire. She will guide you into stillness, help you open emotional layers, invite you to reconnect with your intuition, and support you in stepping into your personal power. With her you might meditate deeply one moment, laugh out loud the next, and feel more yourself than you have in a long time.
She’s also a surfer, a manifestation guide, a lifelong learner, and someone who truly embodies the flow of life — both in stillness and in movement.
With Anke, you’re not just practicing yoga.
You’re being guided by someone who genuinely cares, who has walked the path herself, and who holds space with a rare combination of lightness, depth, and joy.
Meet Anke
Your guide for intuition, healing, and joyful flow.
Anke is the heart-fire of our Flow Retreat — a woman full of empathy, joy, and intuitive wisdom. With more than a decade of experience guiding groups and individuals, she brings a beautiful blend of yoga, meditation, ThetaHealing®, personal coaching, energy work, and social awareness into everything she does.
Her journey has taken her through Sri Lanka and India for many years, where she lived, trained, learned, and grew with teachers, communities, and the ocean always close by. Before that, she worked with countless people as a social worker, giving her a deep understanding of human emotions, challenges, and potential.

As a movement trainer, he brings a unique blend of playfulness, precision, and body-awareness that helps guests reconnect with their natural flow.
His empathetic nature makes people feel seen, safe, and instantly welcomed into the retreat community.
Having travelled the world for many years, Daniel carries the spirit of adventure, openness, and curiosity into everything he creates.
Through his sessions, participants rediscover lightness, confidence, and the joy of exploring their own bodies.
His sunny mood and open nature create a pleasant workout atmosphere that is all about having fun while trying to push participants out of their comfort zone (and sometimes to their limits)! Daniel has a very broad view of the human body. Through his know-how as well as his high empathy and sensitivity he gets a holistic view of the human body and understands his participants also beyond their body.
